BAKED BEANS
- 1 large can baked beans (3 lbs. 4 oz.)
- 1/2 medium sized onion - chopped
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/3 bottle catsup (sic)
- 1/3 lb. bacon (cut up) - add some to the beans and lay some on top
Drain beans. Fill can with water and add to beans.
Mix everything together (lay some of the bacon on top) and bake at 350° about 2 hours.
