HOT CHICKEN SALAD

Preheat oven to 400°

Blend Mayonnaise with Lemon peel, juice, onion and salt. Mix lightly with chicken, celery and almonds. Soon into individual serving dishes or a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with a sprinkling of cheese and potato chips. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until piping hot. You may also make this using either cooked shrimp, turkey or crab meat in place of chicken.
