Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, pecans and 1/4 cup melted butter and cinnamon; mix and set aside for topping.

Combine sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar, orange juice, brandy, salt and spices; mix well. Put in a shallow, buttered baking dish (I use a 13"x9"x2"). Spread nut mixture on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
