ALTMUHL VALLEY/ REGENSBURG
FRIDAY, 15 OCTOBER 1999
The ship will get underway at 0700 and spend the first part of the morning cruising the scenic Altmuhl Valley. After the Altmuhl Valley we will leave the canal and enter the Danube River. During the morning we will continue our lecture series with a talk by Mel Croan. The afternoon will find us in the delightful community of Regensburg and the walking tour will start from the Ship as we are only a few hundred yards from the old part of town with it's narrow cobblestone roads. There is a lot of architectural and historical importance to this town. After the walking tour you will have some free time and you are more than welcome to join the staff as we visit the oldest wurst stand in the world.

| 730•900 | Breakfast is served as we cruise the scenic Altmuhl Valley. The morning will be spent leisurely cruising some of the scenic regions of the canal and the Danube River and we will also continue our lecture series. |
| 1230 | Lunch is served. After lunch we will arrive in Regensburg and our walking tour will begin and then you will have some free time. |
| 1745 | All aboard as we prepare to set sail. |
| 1800 | Cocktails and recap in the lounge. |
| 1900 | Dinner is served. |
