Thursday May 25, 2000 - Many Glacier

We went to St. Mary Center at the end of Going To the Sun Road and had lunch at the Snowgoose Grille. Then we stopped at the Many Glacier Hotel on Swiftcurrent Lake, in a spectacular area of snow-covered mountain peaks. Near Many Glacier, we saw mountain goats and big horn sheep. On the way there, we had crossed the divide that drains northeast to Hudson Bay, and southeast to the Gulf of Mexico.
